REFUND & RETURN POLICY

At Miaylune, we want you and your pet to love your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.


Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition
  • Include original packaging where possible
  • Not show signs of excessive wear, damage, or misuse

Certain products may not be eligible for return for hygiene or safety reasons if opened or used.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the product and packaging

We'll review your claim and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.


Change of Mind

If you simply change your mind after your order has shipped, return shipping costs are generally the responsibility of the customer unless required otherwise by applicable law.

Items must be returned in their original condition before a refund can be issued.


Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we'll notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to complete the transaction.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.


Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for items that:

  • Have been used or damaged after delivery
  • Are missing significant parts or accessories
  • Were damaged due to misuse or improper care
  • Are personalised or custom-made (unless faulty)

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they enter processing.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. However, you may request a return after delivery if eligible under this policy.
